Castle 7 Mile Run Starting in Weaverham on northwich road we run all the way up northwich road into Castle were we turn right down darwin street, we go down darwin street and then turn left down navigation road into Northwich. We then turn right to go over the blue bridge in Northwich and then at the main set of traffic lights we turn right to go down london road, when you see the big railway arch`s you turn right and go down the little footpath towards the river. Run down the river path past northwich rowing club all the way to hartford blue bridge on the a556 were we get off and run up the hill towards Hartford, turning right at the lights to go down school lane in Hartford then turning right and then straight on to hartford traffic lights were you go straight on towards hartford school and northwich road, where you turn left to run back into Weaverham. This is a nice 7 mile run with some good hill work at the end
I gave this run 9 out of 10 Great run and really builds great staminar with the good hill work up the a556 (This is a very quiet area so carry a mobile or run in pairs or with a big dog) Good footpaths but keep your wits about you on this run if your out running early or late on your own. Well worth doing
